Collaborator

I think collaboration is the way forward. In my next page I will expand on this a little bit more, but for now, I want to state that believe it will sustain us as graduates in the months and years ahead post MFA.

I really enjoy collaborating with others. I am naturally drawn to the social collective, so it makes sense that I would want to make Art in this way also.

DevineMorison will develop in the future, as will Devine........... and Morison..........

We are not exclusive. we are inclusive, understanding that our very different personal qualities lend themselves to similar and disimilar projects.

Working with Peiyun to create our exhibition space has also been a positive collaboration. Working with Simon on the sound project was inspiring. I have been lucky. I have been approached by others to work with them and it has been exciting, unpredictable and hugely beneficial.

Most historical and contemporary artists do not work in isolation. They have technicians who share skills and collaborators who share concepts and making.
