Teamplayer

I think that I am an excellent Teamplayer. I believe this is demonstrated by my willingness to become involved in various different groups. I like to work with consensus among equals and will admit that I struggle with dictatorial or overly authoritarian styles.

I am not a Leader but a good participator, and definitely not a good follower! I have been in any team that would have me!

The Events team for the MFA has given me a wonderfully enjoyable opportunity to be part of a successfully planned event. Now we just have to pull it off on the day.

I have helped to shape the day, recommending Kwong Lee, whom I met at CRASH2016. Having worked closely together on this, we have a diverse panel for the discussion. The MFA event is on the theme of Emerging, and it has become increasingly obvious that some very organised and professionally skilful people are emerging as part of this years MFA graduates.
